At Dreamer Outfits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help!
Returns:
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exclusions: Mystery Box items, final sale items, and limited-edition drops are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Dreamer Outfits is not liable for lost or stolen return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

- If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage or defect. We will work to replace the item or provide a refund as quickly as possible.
