- We ship worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Dreamer Outfits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend tracking your shipment regularly and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Dreamer Outfits is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@dreameroutfits.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships.
